A "fab location" on a "beautifully groomed beach" gives believers a taste of "paradise" at this "affordable" hotel where "large" rooms with fridges offer "spectacular views of the ocean", the Intracoastal waterway or the "parking lot" (some guests opt for an upgrade); grouches grumble over "average" restaurants, "slipshod housekeeping", "Florida-cheesy" decor that looks like it's "from the '60s" and a "surprise" parking fee (the lot is often "full"), and recommend you "avoid" this "outdated" spot.

The lobby staff was very friendly, and the restaurant was better than expected.
Our room was humid and smelled like mildew.

I don't know if all rooms were bad, but our room was not very comfortable. It was clean, but the sheets were worn out and the humid air made it uncomfortable.

The hammack between the beach and pool with their music on Sunday afternoon was really nice.
The walls were thin and Saturday night
I awoke to two people arguing in the parking lot. and wish room had dish washer.

I thought it was very nice for what I paid and was nicer than expected. They should update the beds in the standard hotel room, but 10.00 upgrade gave a better bed, nicer TV, stove top, and bigger fridge. More room! It’s well worth the 10.00 upgrade! I thought the location was nice and I’d go back for what I paid. They have a small outdated gym but I thought it was nice to have. They had a small game room too. 3 pools over looking beach and two beach bars with live music. The music wasn't bad either. It was mostly 90's music that I hadn’t heard in awhile but knew the songs. ...read more

Great location!
A little on the older side.

We were very satisfied with the price we paid and with the hotel in general. Very well kept for an older hotel.

The hotel and pool areas were nice looking and well kept. We enjoyed the hammocks on the beach.
The bathroom was very small. Our room was over a party area which got a little loud.

The hotel was nice and well-kept. We liked the hammocks on the beach. The bathroom was quite small though. Overall a very good experience.
